Onyx Bunny sells physical adult products. Everything on this site — the catalogue, the guides and the couples game — is intended for adults aged 18 or over, and we will not knowingly sell to anyone younger.
The requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age in the country you are ordering from if that age is higher, to browse this site, create an account, or place an order. By entering the site and by placing an order you confirm that you meet that requirement.
We may cancel and refund any order where we have reason to believe the buyer is under 18, and we may decline to serve a visitor for the same reason.
How the age gate works, and what it is not
On first visit you are shown a notice asking you to confirm you are 18 or over. Your answer is stored in your own browser so you are not asked again on that device. It is not sent to us and it is not linked to you.
We are telling you plainly what this is: an attestation, not identity verification. It does not check a document, scan a face, or estimate your age. It records that you were asked and that you answered. If the notice is removed, blocked or fails to appear, the 18+ requirement still applies in full.
We have deliberately not built ID upload, biometric checks or age estimation. They are not legally required of a retailer of physical adult products in the markets we serve, and asking every customer for a passport scan to buy a sex toy would create a far larger privacy risk than it removes. What is and is not on this site
We publish product photographs, product descriptions, written guides and text-based game prompts. We do not publish pornography: no explicit photography, no video, no user-generated content of any kind.
This distinction matters legally. The EU and national age-assurance regimes — the UK Online Safety Act Part 5, France's SREN law, Germany's JMStV — attach their strict "highly effective age assurance" duties to services that publish pornographic content. A shop that sells a product to an adult is doing something different from publishing pornography. If that ever changes here, this statement and the gate are rebuilt first.
Age at delivery
Parcels are addressed to the name given at checkout. Where a carrier's terms require an adult signature for this category on a given route, that requirement is applied. See the shipping policy.
If you are a parent or guardian
If you believe a person under 18 has placed an order or created an account, email [email protected]. We will cancel the order, refund it in full, and delete the account and associated personal data.
Content filtering software such as Net Nanny, Qustodio or your operating system's built-in family controls can block this category of site at the device level, which is more reliable than any check a website can perform.
