Once your order gets shipped, an email titled “Your Order Has Shipped” is sent to your email along with your tracking number (s) and approximate delivery time. PLEASE find it in your main inbox or JUNK FOLDER before you contact our customer service team.

Is Your Order Taking Too Long To Arrive?

Please note that your shipping is completely FREE and takes longer than usual to arrive to your house. The email that you receive after your order ships will tell you the approximate time your order will arrive along with a tracking number. Please see and carefully read your “Your Order Has Shipped” email before you contact our customer service team. Please note that your email may have been filtered into your JUNK MAIL folder.

I Got A "Your Order Is Complete" Email But I Haven't Received My Order

The “Your Order Is Complete” email does NOT mean that your order should have arrived to your shipping address. It simply means that your order has shipped. A separate email was sent with your tracking number and expected delivery time. Please look for that email in your main inbox, junk/spam folder, or the updates section in your email.
