How production works, how to read the S–L fit chart, and when a single-shoe order makes sense.
How made-to-order works
Each listed colourway is produced after you select a size and configuration. Choose a pair, single-left shoe, or single-right shoe; a single is useful for styling, replacement, or bodies that need different solutions on each side. Production normally takes 5–7 business days before tracked dispatch. Because the item is made for your selection, cancellation and return limits can differ from stocked goods.
Measure before choosing S, M, or L
Stand on paper in the socks or hosiery you plan to wear, mark the heel and longest toe, and measure both feet in centimetres. Use the longer measurement against the product chart. The letters are Onyx Bunny fit bands, not universal dress sizes. If you sit on a boundary or need different left and right sizes, contact us before ordering.
Plan for fit and delivery
An 11 cm heel changes balance and pressure, so first wear should be brief and indoors on a clean surface. Check that the heel is secure and the upper does not pinch. EU and Canadian orders ship in plain packaging, with DHL or DPD in the EU and Canada Post or Purolator in Canada. Keep all packaging until you are satisfied with the fit.
