What the parcel looks like
Your order is protected by an unbranded outer box. The shipping label contains only the details the carrier needs and does not list product names. Tracking goes to the email used at checkout, so choose an address and inbox that feel private. The tracking number is emailed once the carrier has first scanned the parcel.
What appears on your statement
The card charge uses a neutral merchant descriptor, shown before payment once live checkout is connected. Your bank may shorten that wording, while the date and amount remain visible. A shared statement is never completely private, so contact us before ordering if you need to confirm how the descriptor will appear.
Duties, delivery, and returns
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and usually arrive 7–30 days later (express: €40, 5–10 business days). No Canadian tax is collected at checkout: imports can be assessed for GST, HST, provincial tax, duty, or a carrier handling fee, and those charges are paid by the recipient.
