How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Standard tracked shipping: below €85 of goods after discounts, €35.71 for EUR orders or $40.00 USD for USD orders; half price from €85 (€17.86 or $20.00 USD); free from €100. Can I return this item?
EU buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, except for sealed intimate items once the hygiene seal is opened; faulty items are always covered, customers pay return postage for a change of mind, and returns go to Lithuania.
Is VAT included?
No VAT is charged at checkout; because parcels come from outside the EU, import VAT at your country's rate and the carrier's handling fee (typically €10–€20) are collected from you before delivery; Canadian GST/HST and duty, and US import duty, are likewise collected by the carrier.
