You are guaranteed an immediate refund if your order fails to arrive OR update past 65 days in transit.
Cancellation Policy
A customer may NOT cancel their order past ONE HOUR of placing the order. You may cancel the order the following way:
- Send an email to customerservice@onyxbunny.com requesting an order cancellation (include order number)
All requests to cancel will be replied with either a confirmation or denial.
Refund Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
A refund is guaranteed only if both the product fails to arrive by the maximum delivery date stated on your shipment confirmation email (Please check your spam folder if you do not see the shipment confirmation email) AND an Onyx Bunny representative fails to track the package. If the item was returned by the post office due to the customer not picking it up or wrong shipping address provided by the customer, a refund will NOT be approved.
Wrong item or defective item can be replaced or refunded with once the customer provides photo evidence.
Exceptions may be made at the Onyx Bunny’s 24/7 Customer Service Team’s discretion.
- It is solely your and the post office’s responsibility if the item arrives at your post office and you fail to pick it up according to the courier’s instructions. Onyx Bunny will NOT process a refund, credit, exchange, or redeliver the item. The items are shipped with the exact address provided by the customer. Any mistake in the address is solely the customer’s responsibility. Any returned items due to an address error will NOT be refunded or redelivered.
- You may NOT request a refund, credit, exchange, or re-delivery if your item failed to arrive or ship at YOUR requested time.
- Wrong sizes selected by the customer is solely the customers responsibility and no returns, exchanges, credits, refunds, and or partial refunds are accepted.
