What the person receiving it actually sees

  • A plain outer box. No product names, no images, no Onyx Bunny branding anywhere on the outside.
  • A neutral sender name on the label, agreed with the carrier.
  • No price anywhere in the parcel — no invoice, no receipt slip.
  • Inside: the product, packed securely with cushioning.

One honest limit: international parcels carry a customs declaration, which is a legal document and must describe the goods accurately. We keep the wording as generic as the rules allow, but it is on the outside and we will not falsify it. If this is a surprise for someone you live with, that is worth knowing. More on packaging.

Should a sex toy gift be a surprise?

Ask whether they would welcome an intimate gift before choosing one. If they do, let them name the product or a shortlist; the occasion can still be a surprise. A smaller or gentler-looking toy is not a substitute for asking, and accepting a present never means agreeing to use it.

Try: “Would you enjoy choosing something together, or would you prefer a different kind of gift?” If they are unsure, leave the purchase for another day. Our guide to choosing a first toy together helps you compare interests before shopping.

What should I check for a High-Heel Shoe gift?

Confirm the version, finish, quantity and wearer's size with the recipient. The EU shoe size concerns the foot that wears it; internal channel measurements are not published. This is an intimate toy, not footwear for walking or supporting body weight. Use the size guide and buying checklist before choosing.

Read the returns policy before opening a hygiene seal. Do not plan on opening or trying an intimate gift to check the fit before giving it.

Can I order for a birthday or anniversary deadline?

Do not treat a transit estimate as an arrival promise. Orders dispatch from China, and made-to-order production is separate from transit after dispatch. Ask about the selected item's production timing before ordering for a fixed date, and allow for customs delays. See the regional shipping guide and shipping policy for the details that affect your destination.

For an unresolved product or timing question, email hello@onyxbunny.com before ordering.
