Does EU delivery mean dispatch from an EU warehouse?
Delivery to an EU address does not mean dispatch from within the EU. Onyx Bunny sends orders from China, including orders for Germany and other EU countries. Compare the goods price, shipping and carrier-collected import charges when budgeting; the shipping discount does not settle import charges.
What does discreet packaging mean?
A plain outer box does not show product names or Onyx Bunny branding. A delivery label still needs your delivery details. Required customs documents, carrier records and bank records are not anonymous. The card statement uses a neutral descriptor; ask us for the current wording if it matters to you.
Where can I order?
We deliver only to the 27 EU member states, Canada, the United States (except Alabama, Mississippi and Texas), the 17 listed Latin American countries, Israel, Sri Lanka, Tunisia, Australia and the United Kingdom. For United Kingdom deliveries only: Prices include UK VAT. No import charges on delivery. Australia: No tax is charged at checkout. Australian GST or duty may be charged by the carrier on import. No delivery to Switzerland or Norway. Orders to the 17 listed Latin American countries, the United States, Israel, Sri Lanka are charged in US dollars (USD). Orders to the EU, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Tunisia are charged in euros (EUR). The display-currency selector does not change the destination's checkout currency.
What are the shipping charges and times?
Standard tracked shipping: below €85 of goods after discounts, €35.71 for EUR orders or $40.00 USD for USD orders; half price from €85 (€17.86 or $20.00 USD); free from €99. Shipping is excluded from those thresholds. Express is separate. Venezuela: FREE standard tracked shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value. Import duties and taxes may be charged by Venezuelan customs on delivery and are paid by the recipient. Dispatch within 3 business days of cleared payment. Standard transit after dispatch is 7–30 calendar days to the EU, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, the US and Latin America, or 20–40 calendar days to Israel, Sri Lanka and Tunisia. Customs can add time. Express is an upgrade on top of standard shipping: you pay your order's standard rate plus €40.00 (EU, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada, 5–10 business days in transit after dispatch) or plus $45.00 USD (Israel and Sri Lanka, 10–21 calendar days in transit after dispatch). The standard discount and free shipping still apply to the standard part. No express to the US, Latin America or Tunisia.
What import charges should I consider?
Prices include UK VAT. No import charges on delivery. No US sales tax is charged at checkout. Your parcel is sent from China, and the US charges import duty on every parcel: the carrier or its customs broker collects that duty and its own fee from you before delivery. Budget for that on top of the total shown — we cannot pay it for you in advance. No VAT is charged at checkout. Your parcel is sent from outside the EU, so import VAT at your country's rate — plus the carrier's own handling fee, typically €10–€20 — is collected from you before delivery. Budget for that on top of the total shown. We are not registered for IOSS, so we cannot settle it for you in advance. No tax is charged at checkout. Your parcel is sent from China, and your country’s customs may charge import tax or duty plus a handling fee, collected from you before delivery. In some countries that is a large part of the price. Budget for it on top of the total shown — we cannot pay it for you in advance. For Israel, consult the carrier or local customs about destination charges; no fixed import-charge estimate is confirmed on our site.
What if I need privacy or have an address question?
Use contact details and a delivery address that you can access privately. Contact hello@onyxbunny.com before ordering if a shared household or customs document creates a concern. We cannot promise to omit legally required information or change a customs declaration.
Does the delivery window include made-to-order production?
No. Transit starts after dispatch. For designs marked made to order, production time is not yet confirmed; do not apply the ordinary dispatch window to those designs. Check the selected product's notice and clarify production and dispatch timing before ordering for a particular occasion.
