How does discreet billing and shipping actually work?

Discreet shipping uses a plain outer box without product names or Onyx Bunny branding, while discreet billing uses a neutral statement descriptor shown before payment. The delivery label still contains the information a carrier needs, and the exact billing descriptor should be confirmed before a real payment is submitted.
What appears at the door
The product sits inside its own pouch or product packaging and then inside an unbranded shipping box. The outer label does not name the product. Tracking messages go to the contact details entered at checkout, so use an email address and delivery location that are private for you.
What appears on a statement
A payment processor sends a short merchant descriptor to the card issuer. Onyx Bunny uses a neutral descriptor and displays the exact wording before payment when hosted checkout is connected. Banks can abbreviate descriptors, and the transaction amount and date remain visible.
What discretion cannot hide
Customs documents, legally required invoices, carrier records, and bank records may still identify the merchant or general goods category where law requires it. Discretion is not anonymity. Contact customer care before ordering if a shared household, customs route, or statement needs special consideration.
