The full policies are split in two, because they answer different questions. Both form part of the terms and conditions.

The short version

We deliver to the 27 EU countries, Canada, the United States (not Alabama, Mississippi or Texas), Israel and 16 Latin American countries listed in the shipping policy. We do not deliver to the UK.
Dispatch in 3 business days after payment clears, then 7–30 days in transit for standard tracked shipping to most destinations or 20–40 days to Israel. Customs can add time.
Standard tracked shipping is 50% off from €85 of products after discounts, and free from €100 for every destination. Below €85 it is $40 USD or €35.71, depending on checkout currency; from €85 to €99.99 it is $20 USD or €17.86. Express shipping is separate.
Plain outer box, no branding, neutral sender name, neutral billing descriptor. The customs declaration is a legal document and must describe the goods accurately.
We do not charge VAT at checkout and are not registered for IOSS. For EU orders, the carrier collects import VAT and its handling fee before delivery; other destinations may also charge import tax or duty. Read the tax and customs details before ordering.
14 days to change your mind — but opening a hygiene seal ends that right for that item, by law.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items are always covered, sealed or not, for two years, and we pay the postage.
