Express is an upgrade on top of standard shipping: you pay your order's standard rate plus €40.00 (EU, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada, 5–10 business days in transit after dispatch) or plus $45.00 USD (Israel and Sri Lanka, 10–21 calendar days in transit after dispatch). The standard discount and free shipping still apply to the standard part. No express to the US or Latin America.

Wash before and after every use with warm water and mild soap, rinse and dry fully. Use water-based lubricant; avoid silicone lubricant, harsh cleaners and heat. Inspect the beads and connecting necks before use.

Soft silicone, as described by the supplier. No certification or medical-grade specification has been supplied.

Start smaller if you are new. Even S has a 4 cm bead diameter; choose only a size you already find comfortable. Body length is the full body measurement, not an insertion target. Never force insertion.

Plain outer packaging, no product names or Onyx Bunny branding, and a discreet sender name.

Standard tracked shipping: below €85 of goods after discounts, €35.71 for EUR orders or $40.00 USD for USD orders; half price from €85 (€17.86 or $20.00 USD); free from €99. EU buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, except for sealed intimate items once the hygiene seal is opened; faulty items are always covered, customers pay return postage for a change of mind, and returns go to Lithuania.

United Kingdom: Prices include UK VAT. No import charges on delivery. For EU orders, no VAT is charged at checkout. Because parcels come from outside the EU, import VAT at your country's rate and the carrier's handling fee (typically €10–€20) are collected from you before delivery. Australia: No tax is charged at checkout. Australian GST or duty may be charged by the carrier on import. Canadian GST/HST and duty, and US import duty, are likewise collected by the carrier.

Use plenty of water-based lubricant, go slowly and stop at pain. Keep the flared base outside the body. Do not pull sharply on the connecting necks. Stop using the item if it is damaged.

• For adults aged 18 and over. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Agree a safe word before you begin, and stop the moment either person uses it.
• Never use any item on someone who is asleep, intoxicated, or unable to consent clearly and continuously.
• Inspect every item before each use and stop using anything that is cracked, split, torn, sharp or perished.
• Clean before and after every use, and do not share items between people without cleaning and a fresh barrier.
• These are not medical devices. Nothing we sell treats, diagnoses or prevents any condition, and nothing here is medical advice.
• If something goes wrong and you are worried, contact a doctor. Embarrassment is not worth a delay.
• Time matters more than tightness. Keep clamps on for short periods only — under 15 minutes is the usual guidance — and remove sooner on any numbness or colour change.
• Removal hurts more than application, because blood returns. Release slowly and expect that.
• Do not pull on a connecting chain hard enough to move the clamp.
• Remove immediately for any skin that stays white, blue or cold, and do not reapply to that area.
• Do not use clamps or suction on broken skin, on an area that is already sore, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Suction devices: release the vacuum fully before pulling the cup away. Never pull a cup off under suction.
• Do not sleep with clamps or suction cups in place.
• Anything used anally must have a flared base or a retrieval loop that is clearly wider than the body of the item. Never insert anything anally without one.
• Use plenty of lubricant, and top it up. Silicone items need water-based lubricant — silicone lubricant degrades silicone.
• Go slowly and stop at any pain. Pain is a signal to stop, not something to push past.
• Never share an insertable between people without washing it and using a fresh barrier.
• Stop and do not continue if there is bleeding, sharp pain, or an item that will not come out. If an item cannot be retrieved, seek medical help — do not keep trying.
• Inspect before every use. Do not use anything cracked, torn, tacky, or with a damaged surface, as damaged material cannot be cleaned properly.
• Glass and metal items can be damaged by knocks. Discard any item that has been dropped onto a hard surface.
• Larger sizes carry a higher risk of injury. Do not treat size as a target.
