EU buyer's guide to VAT, customs and returns
A clear view of EU delivery, tax information, and the 14-day withdrawal right before you order.

VAT and customs at checkout
Our parcels are sent from a fulfilment partner in China, so they enter the EU as imports. We are not registered for VAT or for the Import One-Stop Shop, so we charge no VAT at checkout. Before delivery the carrier collects import VAT at your country’s rate plus its own handling fee, typically €10–€20, and any customs duty that applies. The checkout says this before you pay.
Tracked delivery across the EU
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and usually arrive 7–30 days after dispatch (express: €40, 5–10 business days); remote areas, islands and customs checks can take longer. Standard shipping is €35.71 or $40 USD below €85 of goods, €17.86 or $20 USD from €85 to €99.99, and free from €100. Every order uses a plain outer box and a discreet sender name, but the customs declaration must describe the goods accurately and is visible on the outside.
The 14-day withdrawal right
EU consumers generally have 14 days after receiving eligible goods to tell us they are withdrawing, followed by 14 days to send them back. Sealed intimate goods cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is opened. Faulty-product rights remain. Use the model withdrawal form and keep proof of tracked return postage.
